Allison Schrader is an innovative professional with several years of business development, sales and marketing experience. With an ability to create event marketing solutions tailored specifically for clients' business challenges and marketing objectives, Allison leads Event Architects’ Strategic Business Development department through long-term projects which deliver measurable results to clients.
Prior to joining Event Architects, Allison served as the Director of Sales for a Midwest-based event marketing agency. From 2004-2007, Allison fulfilled the role as Managing Director of Sales for sister affiliates, Access Kansas City and the ASE Group, Inc., a destination management company and marketing communications firm that specialized in meetings and events. Allison had the opportunity to work with several major brands including PepsiCo, Quaker Oats, H&R Block, Sprint, Romano's Macaroni Grill and Tyson Foods.
Schrader attended Fort Hays State University, where she received an athletic scholarship to play basketball and graduated with honors and a degree in Biology.
Allison bases her project approach around a strict discipline about understanding clients’ point of view: "The first step to being successful in this industry is realizing that your client does not want to hear about you. They want you to talk about them, concern yourself with them and deliver what they need and not what you want to sell them.”
