Manager of Production Services

The Manager of Production Services will serve as a member of the Event Architects' Leadership Team. This position will lead the Production Services Department and team of Producers.
The Manager will develop and implement a strategic plan to manage, execute and facilitate client strategies, projects and logistics for existing clients. Manager of Production Services must be a proven team builder and leader and serve as a trusted advocate for EA clients by managing vendor relationships and budgets with integrity. The Manager of Production Services will serve as an ambassador of the Event Architects brand and core values.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Client Services, Creative Service, Administrative and Marketing Directors to set goals and ensure that strategies and processes are aligned
- Build trusted, “go-to” partnerships with vendors and internal departments
- Continually seek to improve employee capabilities, organizational resources, processes and procedures in order to maximize the efficiency and productivity of EA
- Manage budgets with integrity and transparency at all times
- Manage and develop staff: Provide professional development and mentoring to members of the Production Service Team; conduct annual performance management
- Ensure client satisfaction and retention by soliciting and monitoring feedback and developing solutions for the prompt resolution of any issue

- Extensive experience interfacing with clients and vendors
Requirements:
- 5+ years of success in experiential events execution and management
- A brand strategist with the ability to develop multi-disciplinary marketing strategies
- Proven success in new business development through networks and relationships with decision-makers
- Demonstrates advanced knowledge of leading industry trends
- Proven track record in developing and delivering winning events and strategies to clients
- Expertise in best practice production methodologies
