Wood Products Council

The Wood Products Council is a cooperative venture of all the major wood associations in North America, as well as research organizations and government agencies. WoodWorks is an educational initiative by the Wood Products Council to inform architects, civil engineers and builders of use of wood in non-residential structures.

In 2007, Event Architects began its partnership with the Woods Products Council to produce meetings and conventions of all sizes for the WoodWorks initiative. Event Architects provides a variety of services for WoodWorks, including pre-event and onsite registration, speaker coordination, venue selection, food and beverage, hotel and transportation management. 

Additionally, attendees receive continuing education credits through the American Institute of Architects (AIA) by attending the WoodWorks events. Event Architects manages and submits these credits for all attendees.

HIGHLIGHTS
-Event Architects developed a cost-effective solution for WoodWorks to host meetings and seminars of all sizes anytime, anywhere.
-Event Architects partners with WoodWorks to execute 30-40 meetings each year, including 6 large-scale convention fairs, for a total of over 50 events since 2007.
-Services provided by Event Architects include registration, signage and programs, video editing and production, venue selection, hotel and transportation management.
