Our 10,000+ square foot headquarters in the River North area of Chicago houses a state of the art design studio as well as event management offices — all under one roof. Clients find this valuable as it allows for the cohesive delivery of a concept from one source.

One-of-a-kind props, custom furniture solutions and unique fabric décor installations are routinely designed and produced to enhance our clients’ events. These pieces are stored in one of our warehouse facilities on the west side of Chicago. When a client is looking for a custom look with an off the rack budget, our fully loaded warehouse delivers options they need.

Event Architects’ creative department owns one of the most aggressive inventories of current lighting, video and sound equipment in the Midwest. Our talented floral department creates arrangements for celebrity events and lavish weddings all around the world. When touring our headquarters in Chicago, a highlight through our studio is the video and graphic editing suite. Our editors can produce any type of promotional piece — background videos, documentaries, instructional videos or filmed interviews praising or roasting a guest of honor.
